What I want to make sure that you know is that spot reduction is not even an option in this case, this term means to tell your body to lower fat stores in one area e.g. belly. Why this is important to know? As a lot of people think that they can show off their sexy abs by exercising their abs as much as they can. Instead of that there are workouts that make all your body burn fat. The type of workouts that i will be talking bout in this post and have that effect is cardio.

The way cardio works is that it make your body consume the carbs in the blood then it will start burning extra fat to provide energy. Other benefit of cardio is that it helps building your muscles and increasing your body metabolism. The good thing is both muscles and faster metabolism will help losing more fat.

When should you exercise? In case you can wake up early before going to work or school the you should consider doing your exercises once you wake up and wash your face. Try running or jogging for 20 mins before doing anything else and you will see the effect on your energy.

Another important thing for cardio or any other exercise to be effective is to have rest. Not having rest is not a good thing to do, this may even harm you. So go easy on yourself and take some rest.

And don’t forget having a balanced diet or you will be consuming calories more than what you burn. May be you will get great abs but they will be covered with fat layer. So to get better faster results eat less but more useful food.
